Should you wish to close your Aureum Club account, we will remove your personal data and the records tied to it. A few obligations — financial and otherwise — we are required to keep for a time. Everything below explains what leaves, what stays, and for how long.

How it works
1Submit the form below with your registered email (and membership ID if you have it).
2The Aureum team verifies your identity against your membership record.
3Your request is processed within 30 days.
4You receive an email confirmation once deletion is complete.
What we delete
profile and contact details
login credentials
vehicle records and service history tied to the account
saved preferences
push notification tokens
in-app chat history
event RSVPs
What we must keep, and why
financial and invoice records required for tax and commercial compliance, kept for 5 years and then deleted
anonymised/aggregated analytics that cannot be linked back to an individual
Active memberships, vehicles currently in physical storage, or outstanding balances may need to be resolved before deletion can complete; the team will contact you if so.
